Shipping policy

Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, production timing, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Fourth String Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order has not arrived after 6 weeks, contact us at support@fourthstringsupply.com with your order number so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

If an item is lost in transit, materially damaged during shipping, or the wrong item is delivered, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
